Project of the Establishment of a One-Day Surgery Clinic in Olomouc

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou založení kliniky jednodenní chirurgie v Olomouci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je pojednáno o problematice podnikání jako takovému a o specificích podnikání ve zdravotnictví. Dále jsou popsány kroky a náležitosti potřebné k zřízení nového zdravotnického zařízení. Poslední část teoretické části se věnuje charakteristice jednodenní chirurgie. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou část. Analytická část se věnuje jednotlivým analýzám podnikatelského prostředí a konkurence, které jsou potřebné pro vytvoření projektu, a to PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti sil a OT analýza. Projektovou část tvoří samotný projekt založení kliniky jednodenní chirurgie v Olomouci, který je vytvořen na základě provedených analýz. V závěru diplomové práce je tento projekt podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a one-day surgery clinic in Olomouc. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the problem of business as such and the specifics of business in the health care sector. Furthermore, the steps and requirements necessary for the establishment of a new medical facility are described. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of outpatient surgery. The practical part is divided into an analytical and a project part. The analytical part is devoted to the different analyses of the business environment and competitors that are needed to create the project, namely PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and OT analysis. The project part consists of the actual project of establishing a one-day surgery clinic in Olomouc, which is created on the basis of the analyses performed. At the end of the thesis this project is subjected to cost, time and risk analysis.
