Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je analýza firemnej kultúry po fúzii či akvizícii dvoch podnikov. Teoretická časť obsahuje definíciu základných pojmov, organizačnej kultúry a kategorizáciu v oblasti fúzií či akvizícií.
