Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá silniční přepravou pohonných látek. V teoretické části jsou popsána ustanovení několika právních předpisů, které se k dané problematice vztahují. Nejpodrobnější úpravu lze nalézt v Evropské dohodě o mezinárodní silniční přepravě nebezpečných věcí (tzv. Dohoda ADR), a proto její ustanovení zaujímají největší podíl teoretické části. Abstract:
The thesis is concerned with road transportation of fuel. In theoretical part there are described the legal clauses that are related to this issue. The most detailed regulations can be found in the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (so called Agreement ADR).
