Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo seznámit se s metodickými postupy aktivace T-lymfocytů pomocí peptidu odvozeného od nádorového antigenu RHAMM. Tento nádorový antigen se vyskytuje u pacientů s karcinomem prsu, karcinomem vaječníků, u pacientů s AML, MDS a s mnohočetným myelomem, může být ale také exprimován na zdravých tkáních jako jsou varlata, placenta a thymus. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to acquaint myself with methodical procedures of T lymphocytes activation through the use of a peptide that was derived from tumor antigen RHAMM. This tumour antigen can be found at the patients with breast or ovarian carcinoma, at the patients with AML, MDS and with multiple myeloma.
