Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na oblast nemovitostí, ke které má autor jakožto bývalý makléř rezidenčního prodeje blízko. Díky přístupu autora ke standardně těžko dostupným informacím například o aktuálních příležitostech na trhu nemovitostí v kategorii činžovních domů a komerčních nemovitostí práce odhaluje neveřejné, specifické příležitosti na trhu v Hl. m.
