Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možným využitím odpadního materiálu obsahujícího pro-tein keratin. Teoretická část zahrnuje dosavadní stav poznání o keratinu, přípravě keratinových hydrolyzátů a jejich následné využití v praxi. This master thesis is focused on the possible use of the waste material containing the protein keratin. The theoretical part comprises current state of knowlege of keratin, preparation of keratin hydrolyzate and their following use in practice.
