The stimulation and development of basic motor skills in Alpine skiing
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám rozvojem a stimulací pohybového základu v alpském lyžování. V první části popisuji lidský pohyb. Ve druhé části popisuji disciplíny, fyziologické aspekty, základní schopnosti pro alpské lyžování. Třetí část obsahuje příklady cvičení k rozvoji a stimulaci. Součástí bakalářské práce je také příloha, která obsahuje obrázky cviků k posilování svalů.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis concentrates on the development and stimulation of the movement basic in Alpine skiing.The first one describes human movements. The other relates on disciplines of the Alpine skiing, its physiological aspects and elemental skills. The third part includes various examples for development and stimulation.
