Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je volba konkrétní právní formy podnikání na vybraný druh podnikatelské činnosti. Práce je aplikována na začínající podnik kadeřnický salón Eva, který sídlí v Týně nad Vltavou. V teoretické části práce budou popsány základní právní formy podnikání a jejich ekonomické aspekty. The theme of this work is to choose a legal form of business to a selected kind of business. The work is applied to a start-hairdresser Eva, who is based in Tyn nad Vltavou.
