Autor se ve své práci zaměřuje na specifické procesy a manažerské funkce rodinné firmy podnikající v sektoru zemědělství. V úvodu práce popisuje manažerské funkce a definuje rodinný podnik. Dále se zaměřuje na specifické procesy řízení rodinné farmy. V aplikační části popisuje daný podnik a následně aplikuje získané znalosti na konkrétní rodinnou farmu. The author focused on the specific processes and managerial functions of a family business doing business in the agricultural sector. In the beginning of the thesis, he describes managerial functions and defines a family business. It also focuses on specific family farm management processes.
