Territorial Planning and Protection of Property Rights to Immovables
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis právní úpravy územního plánování, která byla nedávno významně novelizována zákonem č. 350/2012 Sb. Územní plánování je popsáno s přihlédnutím k ochraně vlastnických práv k nemovitostem. V práci je porovnávána předcházející právní úprava s právní úpravou platnou od roku 2013, opět v kontextu ochrany vlastnických práv.
Abstract:
Purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is describing a legislation of the town and country planning, which was significantly changed by Act No. 350/2012 Coll. Further, this thesis deals with protection of property rights within the town and country planning. Also, object of this thesis is comparison of the new regulation (from 2013) with the previous one.
