Possibilities of optimization of cable harnesses of tractors and methods of their testing

Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl navázat na bakalářskou práci „Vedení elektrického proudu a signálů u zemědělských traktorů“ a rozšířit tak čtenáři náhled na možnost samotného návrhu kabelového svazku za pomocí softwarových nástrojů a pomocí 3D softwaru jej vizualizovat na celkovém modelu stroje. Na začátku diplomové práce je čtenář seznámen s novými trendy ve vedení elektrického proudu a komunikací u zemědělské techniky včetně trendů ve vedení kabelových svazků. Další část se zabývá softwarovými nástroji pro tvorbu a vizualizaci kabelových svazků zaměřených na zemědělskou techniku a jejich využití v praxi. Na tomto základu jsou navrženy a realizovány kabelové svazky pro zemědělské traktory z produkce Zetor Tractors a.s. Dále bude provedeno testování vodičů v ochranném materiálu svazků (ochranné hadice) na vibrační odolnost vzhledem k jejich vnitřní naplněnosti vodiči. Na tomto základu budou poté navrženy kabelové svazky dle nových trendů a výsledků testů. Tyto kabelové svazky budou poté součástí nové produkce firmy Zetor Tractors a.s.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aims to follow up on the bachelor's thesis "Conduction of electric current and signals in agricultural tractors" and expand the reader's insight into the possibility of cable harness design using software tools and 3D software to visualize it on the overall machine model. At the beginning of the diploma thesis, the reader is acquainted with new trends in the management of electricity and communications in agricultural machinery, including trends in the management of cable harnesses. The next part deals with software tools for the creation and visualization of cable harnesses focused on agricultural technology and their use in practice. On this basis, cable harnesses for agricultural tractors from the production of Zetor Tractors a.s. are designed and implemented. Furthermore, testing of conductors in the protective material of bundles (protective hoses) for vibration resistance will be performed due to their internal filling with conductors. On this basis, cable harnesses will then be designed according to new trends and test results. These cable harnesses will then be part of the new production of Zetor Tractors a.s.
