Analysis of document management on constructions managed by company PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s.

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza stávajícího nevyhovujícího stavu správy dokumentů na stavbách, které vrcholově řídí společnost PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s, a návrh jeho zlepšení. Cílem je navrhnout takové řešení, které bude splňovat všechny požadavky specifického prostředí na stavbách, nebude náročné na softwarové a hardwarové vybavení, bude ekonomicky úsporné a nenáročné na obsluhu. Práce popisuje stávající systém správy dokumentů, definuje nejdůležitější skupiny dokumentů, včetně požadavků na jejich správu. Na základě tohoto rozboru je následně navrženo zlepšení spočívající v úpravě systému správy dokumentů a doplnění výbavy dozorců staveb o tablety. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních celků. První zkoumá samotné prostředí, ve kterém se dokumenty pohybují, druhý se zabývá zmapováním typů dokumentů a stávajícího systému jejich správy a část poslední navrhuje řešení nové.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is an analysis of the current unsatisfactory state of document management used on constructions which are managed by PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s. and also a proposal for its improvement. The aim is to propose a solution that will meet all requirements of the specific environment on constructions. Also the solution must be undemanding on software and hardware equipment, economical and easy to operate. The thesis describes the existing document management system, defines the most important groups of documents including requirements for their management. Based on this analysis is then designed improvement which consists of modification of the current system and equipping construction supervisors with tablets. Thesis is divided into three main sections. First section examines document life cycle's environment, second section maps types of documents and current management system and the last suggests a new solution.
