Safe travel of pregnant women

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem bezpečného cestování v těhotenství. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda ženy vědí, co je to bezpečné cestování, jaké jsou zásady bezpečnosti a zda je dodržují. Druhým cílem bylo vypracování edukačního letáčku s důležitými informacemi o cestování v těhotenství. V Teoretické části je rozebíráno, kdy je v těhotenství nejvhodnější cestovat, jaké jsou možnosti přepravy a hrozící rizika. Dále je zde probírána otázka hygieny, stravy a pitného režimu během cestování. Práce obsahuje stručné informace o vhodné a nevhodné vakcinaci v těhotenství. Praktická část se zaměřuje na informovanost žen o cestování v těhotenství. Sběr dat byl proveden formou kvantitativního dotazníků, kterému předcházel pilotní průzkum. Byla získána data celkem od 122 respondentek. Výsledky byly zaznamenány v grafech a tabulkách. Z šetření vyplývá, že mezi ženami není dostatek informací o bezpečném cestování v těhotenství a že o tyto informace mají zájem

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of safe traveling during pregnancy. The aim of the work was to find out whether women know what safe travel is, what the safety principles are and whether they follow them. The second goal was to develop an educational leaflet with important information about traveling during pregnancy. In the Theoretical part is analyzed, when it is most suitable to travel in pregnancy, what are the possibilities of transport and imminent risks. Furthermore, the issue of hygiene, diet and drinking regime during travel is discussed. The work contains brief information about suitable and inappropriate vaccination during pregnancy. The practical part focuses on the awareness of women about traveling in pregnancy. Data collection was carried out in the form of quantitative questionnaires preceded by a pilot survey. A total of 122 respondents were obtained. The results were recorded in graphs and tables. The survey shows that there is not enough information among women about safe travel during pregnancy and that they are interested in this information.
