Visualization of structure and analysis of accounting records

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem vizualizace dat a účetních struktur ekonomických společností, které podléhají auditu. V první části práce je vypracován souhrn přístupu k řešení počítačem podporovaného auditu (CAATs), je zde popsánaktuální stav, jak společnosti řeší audit, primárně se zaměřením na prezentaci jeho výsledků. Dále jsou popsány aktuální trendy v CAATs a vizualizace reportů dobudoucna. Poté je představen postup řešení vizualizování důležitých dat pomocí metody storytelling. Výsledkem práce je tvorba dynamické infografiky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals problem of visualization of data and accounting records of economic companies which are subject to audit. In the first part there is research of computer assisted audit tools and ways how economic companies use them in audit with emphasis on presentation of results. In the second part there is described trends of vision of CAATs and visualization of reporting data. In the last part thereis described solution of visualization of important data by storytelling. The resulting overview is presented in a form of dynamic infographic.
