2nd infinitive in Finnish and methods of its translation to Czech in Waltari's novelette A Stranger Came to the Farm
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o 2. infinitivu ve finštině. Jejím cílem je tyto tvary rozebrat a popsat způsoby jejich využití ve finštině. Druhým cílem je potom ukázat rozmanitost způsobů překladu těchto tvarů do češtiny v beletristickém díle. Tomuto účelu sloužila Waltariho novela Cizinec přichází.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the 2nd infinitive in Finnish. Its aim is to describe these forms as well as to exemplify how they are used in Finnish. Its second aim is to exemplify diversity of methods of translation of these forms to Czech in Waltari’s novelette A Stranger Came to the Farm.
