Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku plagiátorství v textových doku-mentech. Vysvětluje základní pojem plagiátorství, jeho právní úpravu a zákon, ze které-ho vychází. Vymezuje typologii plagiátorství a důvody, jak tyto plagiáty vznikají. Dále se zaměří na existující aplikace detekce plagiátů v textových dokumentech a jejich po-drobný popis. This bachelor's thesis focuses on issue of plagiarism in text documents. It explains the basic concept of plagiarism, its legislation and the law from which it is based. It defines the typology of plagiarism and the reasons of their origin.
