Analysis of Organizational Structure

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza organizační struktury. Literární rešerše je zaměřena na výklad pojmů spojených s manažerskou funkcí organizování. Autorka podrobně charakterizuje různé typy organizačních struktur včetně uvedení jejich výhod a nevýhod. Projektová studie obsahuje základní charakteristiku společnosti „KazTransOil“, dále popis a analýzu organizačních struktur řídícího centra a teritoriálních divizí firmy. Na jejich základě autorka formuluje návrhy změn organizační struktury formou akčních hypotéz.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of an organizational structure. The theoretical part focuses on the interpretation of terms associated with the organizational role of management. The author describes in detail various types of organizational structures, their advantages and disadvantages. The case study covers the basic chracteristics of the company "KazTransOil", contains a detailed description and analysis of organizational structures of the main control center and the territorial divisions. On the basis of these findings , the author proposes several changes within the organizational structure in the form of action hypotheses.
