Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou decelularizace a jejím praktickým využitím v klinické praxi. Nejdříve je v práci popsáno tkáňové inženýrství, se zaměřením na výrobou scaffoldů a jejich následné použití. Dále jsou popsány principy jednotlivých decelularizačních metod, které se používají za účelem získání decelularizované extracelulární matrice. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of decellularization and its practical use in clinical practice. First, the work describes tissue engineering, which deals with the production of scaffolds and their subsequent use.
