The issue of psychological domestic violence

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem psychického domácího násilí. Nejprve definuje samotný pojem domácího násilí, jeho druhy a rizikové faktory s ním spojené. Dále je zde poukázáno na znaky psychického domácího násilí, a to včetně vzniku závislosti oběti na pachateli. Je zde i poukázáno na mýty a fakta spojená s tímto druhem domácího násilí a na vnímání tohoto tématu společností. Praktická část práce obsahuje dotazník, který má zjistit, zda se s touto problematikou setkali studenti střední školy a formou kazuistiky jsou zde pak zmíněny konkrétní případy (příběhy), se kterými se autorka práce setkala jednak ve svém nejbližším okolí a jednak na diskusním fóru pro oběti domácího násilí. V závěru práce jsou pak rozvedeny otázky prevence a ochrany před psychickým domácím násilím. Cílem bakalářské práce je poukázat na tento závažný celospolečenský problém, zdůraznit samu jeho existenci a zrušit četná tabu s ním spojená.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of psychic domestic violence. First, it defines the very concept of domestic violence, its types and the risk factors associated with it. Furthermore, there are the signs of psychological domestic violence, including the occurrence of the victim's dependence on the perpetrator. It also highlights the myths and facts associated with this type of domestic violence and the perception of this topic by society. The practical part of the thesis contains a questionnaire, which should find out whether the students of this school met with this issue and in the form of case studies there are mentioned specific cases (stories), which the author of the work met both in her immediate surroundings and on the discussion forum for victims domestic violence. At the end of the thesis there are questions of prevention and protection against psychic domestic violence. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to point out this serious society-wide problem, to emphasize its existence itself and to abolish numerous taboos connected with it.
