Design of an Injection Mold for Industrial Socket Component
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce formy pro vstřikovaný díl, kterým je součást průmyslové zásuvky. Teoretická část se zabývá polymerními materiály, technologií vstřikování, vstřikovacími formami a vstřikovacími výrobky. V praktické části je popsán model zadaného vstřikovaného dílu, volba vstřikovacího stroje a postup konstrukce vstřikovací formy a jejích jednotlivých součástí.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a mould for an injection moulded part, which is a part of an industrial socket. The theoretical part deals with polymer materials, injection moulding technology, injection moulds and injection moulded products.
