Expectant mothers' satisfaction of prenatal outpatient care

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na spokojenost klientek s péčí v prenatální poradně. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá historickým vývojem a vznikem prenatálních poraden, systémem a kvalitou prenatální péče. Zahrnuje vývoj profese porodní asistentky, je zaměřena na komunikaci a přístup personálu při poskytování péče těhotné ženě v prenatální poradně. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na samotný průzkum. Cíli této práce je zjistit faktory ovlivňující (vytvářející) spokojenost klientek v ambulantní prenatální poradně při nemocnici a určit, jak poskytovanou péči hodnotí samy klientky, dalším cílem bylo vytvořit nástroj ke zjišťování spokojenosti těhotných klientek v prenatální ambulanci. Průzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím rozhovorů, které byly následně přepsány a analyzovány. Vyhodnocené faktory charakterizují průzkumné šetření spokojenosti klientek v prenatální ambulanci.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the satisfaction of clients with care in prenatal counseling. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with historical development and origin of prenatal counseling, system and quality of prenatal care. It includes the development of a midwife profession, is focused on the communication and access of staff in providing care to a pregnant woman in a prenatal counseling center. The second part of the thesis is focused on the survey itself. The aim of this work is to find out the factors influencing (creating) satisfaction of clients in outpatient prenatal counseling at the hospital and to determine how the clients themselves evaluate the care provided to create a tool for measuring pregnant clients' satisfaction in a prenatal clinic and another goal the survey was conducted through interviews that were subsequently rewritten and analyzed. The evaluated factors characterize the survey of client satisfaction in the prenatal ambulance.
