Postpartum depression

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku poporodních depresí. Teoretická část obsa- huje obecné poznatky o poporodní depresi, o jejích rizikových faktorech, projevech, způso- bech diagnostiky a možnostech léčby. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na psychohygienu po- rodní asistentky, která je při péči o ženy s poporodní depresí velmi důležitá. V teoretické části práce se uvádějí poznatky z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů uvedených v se- znamu. Praktická část práce je tvořena rozborem konkrétních případů dvou žen, které poporodní depresí trpěly, a to formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Praktická část zahrnuje fragmenty roz- hovorů s participantkami. Závěr práce shrnuje mé poznatky získané během výzkumné studie a doporučení pro praxi (informační leták).

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of birth depressions. The theoretical part contains general knowledge about postpartum depression, its risk factors, manifestations, methods of diagnosis and treatment options. The last chapter deals with the psychohygiene of a midwife, who is in the care of women with postpartum depression very important. The theoretical part of the thesis presents findings from the literature and internet sources listed. The practical part of the work consists of an analysis of specific cases of two women who have suffered postpartum depression, in the form of qualitative research. The practical part includes fragments of interviews with participants. The conclusion summarizes my findings obtained during the research study and recommendations for practice (information leaflet).
