Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zpracovává psychosociální problematiku osob po popáleninovém traumatu prodělaném v dětství. Teoretická část se zabývá základním popisem anatomie a fyziologie kůže, společně s patofyziologií popálenin. Navazující část práce se věnuje základní terminologii v oblasti popálenin, jako je definice popálenin, rozsah popálenin, příčiny po-pálenin, první pomoc, léčba a následná rehabilitace. Práce se zabývá psychickými a sociál-ními dopady na osoby po prodělaném popáleninovém traumatu. Praktická část je zaměřena na dopad na osoby po popáleninovém traumatu. Dopad ze stra-ny zdravotní, sociální a psychické. Cílem této práce je poukázat na problematiku popálenin, ne jen ze zdravotní strany, ale i ze strany sociální a psychické.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis processes psychosocial issues of people after prevalent burn trauma in childhood. The theoretical part deals with the basic description of the anatomy and physio-logy of the skin, together with the pathophysiology of burns. The next part deals with the basic terminology of burns, such as the definition of burns, burns the extent, causes burns, first aid, treatment and rehabilitation. The work deals with the psychological and social impact on people after suffering burn trauma. The practical part is focused on the impact on people after burn trauma. The impact from the health, social and psychological. The aim of this paper is to highlight the issue of burns, not only from the medical side, but also from the social and psychological.
