Evaluating the level of physical fitness of children during a pandemic COVID-19th

Abstract:

Tělesná zdatnost dětí školního věku je nejčastěji hodnocena na základě somatických parametrů jedince a měření motorických testů (Rubín et al., 2014). Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit tělesnou zdatnost u žáků prvního stupně základní školy a porovnat výsledky s normami testovací baterie UNIFITTEST 6-60. Druhotným cílem je porovnat tělesnou zdatnost žáků po opětovném otevření škol a po půl roce úplného rozvolnění. Tělesná zdatnost dětí byla měřena pomocí testovací baterie UNIFITTEST6-60. Metoda diplomové práce byla formou výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden na Základní škole v Těškovicích, kdy se výzkumu zúčastnilo 19 žáků ve věku 9-11 let. Sesbíraná data byla zpracována podle norem z testové baterie, kdy data ukázala, že žáci prvního stupně základní školy se výrazně nezlepšili ve svých výkonech po půlročním znovuotevření všech sportovišť a celkově byli žáci v hodnocení dle UNIFITTEST 6-60 podprůměrní.

Abstract:

Physical fitness of school-age children is most often assessed based on the somatic parameters of the individual and motor test measurements (Rubín et al., 2014). The purpose of this thesis is to determine the physical fitness of first grade elementary school students and compare the results to the UNIFITTEST 6-60 test battery standards. The secondary aim is to compare the physical fitness of pupils after the schools have been reopened and after six months of complete disengagement. Physical fitness of children was measured using the UNIFITTEST6-60 test battery. The method of the thesis was a form of research. The research was conducted at the Primary School in Teskovice, where 19 pupils aged 9-11 years participated in the research. The data collected was processed according to the norms from the test battery, where the data showed that the first grade pupils of the primary school did not improve significantly in their performance after the six-month re-opening of all sports facilities and overall the pupils were below average in the UNIFITTEST 6-60 scores.
