Administrative Punishment in the Practice of the Police of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářksá práce je zaměřena na správní trestání v praxi Policie České republiky. Nejvíce prostoru je v ní věnováno přestupkům, protože jejich řešení je jednou z nejčastějších policejních činností. Jednotlivé přestupky jsou rozebírány se zřetelem na jejich četnost a nebezpečnost.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on Administrative Punishment in Practice of the Police of the Czech Republic. Most space is devoted to offenses, because they are most common in police work. The various offenses are discussed with regard to their frequency and their dangerousness.
