Institucion care for mentally handicapped citizens and regional government of Usti nad Labem Region

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se chci zabývat ústavní péčí pro mentálně handicapované občany z hlediska příspěvkových organizací Ústeckého kraje a příspěvkových organizací měst a obcí Ústeckého kraje. Problematika osob s mentálním postižením je záležitostí celé společnosti a i v dnešní době není na osoby s mentálním postižením nahlíženo bez předsudků. Literatura k tématu ústavní péče pro osoby s mentálním postižením je v minimálním rozsahu. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena obecně na územní samosprávu a následně územní samosprávu Ústeckého kraje. Okrajově se také zabývá sociální politikou a principy sociální politiky. Dále pokračuje mentální retardací, etiologií tedy příčinami vzniku a druhy mentální retardace. Podstatná část je věnována ústavům sociální péče na území Ústeckého kraje. Cílem práce je zajištění a zprostředkování sociálních služeb v ústavech sociální péče v Ústeckém kraji.

Abstract:

In my thesis I want to deal with institutional care for the mentally handicapped in terms of the Usti region contributory organizations and subsidized organizations of cities and villages in the Usti region. The issue of persons with mental disabilities is a matter for the whole society and even today is not the person with mental disabilities viewed without prejudices. Literature on institutional care for people with learning disabilities is very low. In the theoretical part of this work is generally focused on the territorial autonomy and subsequently on the territorial autonomy of the Usti region. Marginally it also deals with the social policy and principles of social policy. Then it continues with mental retardation, etiology thus by causes and types of mental retardation. A substantial part is devoted to social welfare institutions in the Usti region. The aim is to ensure the procurement of social services and social care institutions in the Usti region.
