Knowledge system for design active magnetic bearing system

Abstract:

Předložená dizertační práce se zabývá shromážděním báze znalostí o magnetických ložiskách, porovnání způsobů uložení rotorů s důrazem na uložení v magnetickém poli. Práce popisuje jednotlivé části systému aktivního magnetického ložiska, které lze využít při tvorbě znalostního systému. Hlavní část práce je věnována návrhu metody postupu výpočtů pro aktivní radiální heteropolární magnetické ložisko. Výpočty se především týkají návrhu rotoru a statoru a výpočtu nosné síly. V závěru je popsán výběr materiálu pomocí materiálové databáze a popsán testovací znalostní aplikace, vytvořená na základě návrhu výpočtů z této práce.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with assembling a knowledge base about magnetic bearings. It compares way of mounting rotors with the accent on mounting in a magnetic field. This thesis describes individual parts of magnetic bearings systems and this knowledge can be used for a knowledge system. The main part of the thesis deals with the proposal of a computational method for active radial heteropolar magnetic bearings. The computational method is mainly about the stator, rotor and calculation of supporting force. The thesis concludes with a section about selection of materials and about the testing knowledge application based on the computations described in this thesis.
