Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice právní regulace zpoplatnění užívání silnic a dálnic v České republice. This thesis treats the legal road tax and charge regulation and taxation with reference to the use of motorway and highway net in the Czech Republic. Further it generally outlines the basic kinds of road taxes and charges resulting from the motorway and highway net exploitation. The attention is also paid to the new electronic toll system.
