Synthesis of 1-[(1R)-1-(6-fluoro-1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl)ethanamine carbamates and determination their inhibition activities to enzymes

Abstract:

Bylo syntetizováno 18 nových karbamátů na bázi (1R)-1-(6-fluoro-1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl)ethanaminu. Připravené karbamáty byly charakterizovány bodem tání a NMR spektrometrií. Čistota připravených látek byla ověřena elementární analýzou. Z výsledků spekter vyplývá, že vytvořené karbamáty odpovídají předpokládané struktuře. U připravených karbamátů byla stanovena inhibice acetylcholinesterázy a butyrylcholinesterázy. Ze stanovení IC50 plyne, že většina nově připravených karbamátů vykazuje velmi dobrou aktivitu vůči oběma testovaným enzymům.

Abstract:

The 18 new carbamates based on (1R) -1 - (6-fluoro-1 ,3-benzothiazol-2-yl) ethanamine were synthesized Prepared carbamates were characterized by melting point and NMR spectrometry. The purity of prepared compounds were verified by elemental analysis. The results of spectra showed, that prepared carbamates correspond with the expected structure. The carbamates were prepared for the determination of inhibitory concentration of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. The determination of IC50 shows that most of the newly prepared carbamates have very good activity against both tested enzymes.
