Analysis of the individual factors affecting the costs in bus transport

Abstract:

Úkolem bakalářská práce je identifikovat a analyzovat faktory ovlivňující náklady dopravce v autobusové dopravě. Práce má poskytnout možnosti snižováním vlivu těchto okolností na náklady dopravce. Obsahuje analýzu nákladů autobusové dopravy, kategorizaci nákladových položek tří skupin, identifikaci i analýzu faktorů ovlivňujících tyto náklady a následné možnosti snižováním jejich negativního vlivu. Bakalářská práce ve své podstatě vyčleňuje různé vlivy, ať už z vnějšího nebo vnitřního prostředí dopravců provozujících autobusovou dopravu. Následně navrhuje způsoby snižováním negativních dopadů na všechny nákladové položky, resp. poukazuje na možnosti zredukování jejich negativního vlivu. Je nutné poznamenat, že již zmiňovaný proces snižování je i v praxi obtížný s realizovatelným ohledem na všechny okolnosti, které vstupují již do tak komplikovaného transformačního procesu. Analýza faktorů i možnosti snižování slouží dopravci jako důležitý podklad k dalšímu zkoumání a pro následnou optimalizaci nákladů dopravce v autobusové dopravě. Tato problematika je rovněž důležitou informací pro zadavatele dopravní obslužnosti, který může podmínkami ve smlouvách o výkonech ve veřejném zájmu tlačit na dopravce, aby snižovali své náklady využíváním některých ze zde prezentovaných možností.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify and analyze factors with effects on operator costs in suburban bus transport. The thesis provides possibilities how to decrease influences of these factors on operator costs. The thesis contains analysis of suburban bus transport costs, cost items categorisation into three classes, identification and analysis of factors with influences on these costs and possibilities how to decrease their negative effect on these costs. Basically, the bachelor thesis designates different impacts from internal as well as from external environment of suburban transport operators and subsequently proposes concepts how to decrease negative influences on all cost items, or suggests possibilities of reduction of their negative effects on operator costs. It is necessary to remark that the process of decreasing the negative influences on costs in real life is feasible only with big difficulties with respect to all circumstances entering into complicated transformation process. Analysis of factors and possibilities of their negative impact decreasing are important basis for further investigation of particular possibilities and consequent optimalization of operator costs in suburban bus transport. This issue is also important for transport services submitters who can press on transport services providers through agreed contracts conditions in order to decrease their costs in public interest by using the some here described possibilities
