The financial management of municipalities and the impact of financial reform on their reporting

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření obce Benešov nad Ploučnicí a dopady účetní reformy na její vykazování. V teoretické části popisuji obce jako celek, charakterizuji jejich vývoj, tvorbu rozpočtu a způsob hospodaření, včetně základních postupů a jednotlivých kroků účetní reformy. Hlavním cílem praktické části je deskripce finančního hospodaření obce Benešov nad Ploučnicí v letech 2011 2013 s vyhodnocením vlivu účetní reformy na její vykazování. Popisuji, jak se reforma promítla do vypovídací schopnosti výsledků hospodaření.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the financial management of the municipality of Benešov nad Ploučnicí in view of impact of an accounting reform on its reporting. In the theoretical part is the municipality descibed as a whole, its development, budgeting and economy, including basic procedures and steps of the accounting reform. The basic aim of the practical part is to describe the financial management of the municipality Benešov nad Ploučnicí over the years 2011 -2013 with an evalution of the impact of the accounting reform on its reporting. Thesis describe how the reform is reflected in the presentation of the results of municipality economy.
