Abstract:

Úvod: Prenatální péče je smyslem zaměření na prevenci komplikací v těhotenství a včasného záchytu chorobného stavu ženy nebo dítěte. Úlohou lékaře a porodní asistentky je poskytovat kompletní zdravotní péči, podávat veškeré vědomosti o dané problematice a udržet ženu v psychické pohodě, a to bez strachu a obav. Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout, zpracovat a realizovat edukační proces, kterým jsme chtěly zjistit znalosti, dovednosti a postoje těhotných žen navštěvující prenatální poradnu. Metodika: Použitou metodou této diplomové práce byl edukační proces. Pomocí tohoto procesu jsme chtěly dosáhnout zlepšení znalostí, dovedností a postojů navštěvujících prenatální poradnu. Byla použita anamnéza, vstupní test, vstupní rozhovor a nakonec výstupní test. Výsledky: Analýzou výše uvedených metod jsme u těhotných žen navštěvujících prenatální poradnu zjistily ve větší míře deficit znalostí, dovedností a postojů v této tématice. Těhotné ženy bylo nutné edukovat o vědomostech souvisejících s těhotenstvím, porodem a poporodním období. Edukací je možné změnit postoj těhotné ženy na průběh těhotenství, porodu a poporodní období. Jako pomůcka sloužila brožura vlastní tvorby. Diskuze: Edukace napomáhá těhotným ženám porozumět změnám v prenatálním období a snižuje strach a obavy z porodu a jistých komplikací. Edukační proces ovlivňuje pozitivně průběh těhotenství, porodu a poporodním období. Závěr: Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že pro porodní asistentky je edukace neodmyslitelnou součástí náplně práce. Edukace významně ovlivňuje chování a jednání jedinců a jejich názory, postoje, vědomosti a dovednosti. Zpětná vazba je důležitou složkou v edukaci, kdy si můžeme ověřit, zda byla edukace úspěšná nebo neúspěšná.

Abstract:

Introduction: Prenatal care is focused on the prevention of complications in pregnancy and early detection of disease in a woman or a child. The role of the doctor and the midwife is to provide complex medical care, give complete information about the issue and maintain the woman?s well-being, free of fear and worries. Objective: The aim of this thesis was to design, develop and implement an educational process to identify the knowledge, skills and attitudes of women attending an antenatal clinic. Methods: The method used in this thesis was an educational process whose purpose was to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes of women attending an antenatal clinic. The process included an anamnesis /medical history/, an entrance test, an interview, and finally an output test. Results: The findings were analysed and a relatively extensive deficit of knowledge, skills and attitudes concerning the issue was found with women attending an antenatal clinic. It was necessary to educate pregnant women on knowledge associated with the pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Education can change the attitude of pregnant women regarding the pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. A brochure written by the author of the thesis served as an aid. Discussion: Education helps pregnant women understand the changes in the prenatal period and reduces their fear and worries about the childbirth and certain complications. The educational process has a positive impact on the course of the pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Conclusion: The results of this thesis show that educating pregnant women is an essential part of a midwife?s job. It significantly influences the behaviour and conduct of individuals and also their opinions, knowledge and skills. Feedback is an important component in education, which helps us verify whether the education succeeded or failed.
