The level of heart rate during a hockey game at the selected players second league ice hockey

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza srdeční frekvence během hokejového utkání a následná aplikace získaných výsledků do tréninkového plánu. Práce shrnuje dosavadní teoretické poznatky z oblasti měření a hodnot tepové frekvence. Dále se věnuje historickým souvislostem vzniku hokeje jako sportovní disciplíny, od jeho počátku až po současnost a herním činnostem hokejových hráčů. Získané poznatky z odborné literatury jsou poté aplikovány při analýze srdeční frekvence a tvorbě tréninkového plánu. Touto prací dokazuji závislost hodnot srdeční frekvence hráčů na tvorbě strategie tréninkových plánů a rozvoje fyzických schopností a vytrvalosti.

Abstract:

Subject of this thesis is the analysis of heart rate during a hockey game and subsequent application of the results obtained in the training plan. Thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge of measurement and pulse rate values. It also discusses the historical context of hockey as a sport discipline, from its beginning to the present, and the gaming activities of hockey players. The knowledge gained from the literature are then applied to the analysis of heart rate and create a training plan. This work demonstrates the dependence of heart rate players in the development of a strategy training plans and the development of physical abilities and endurance.
