Introduction of Power Automate in school

Abstract:

Dnešní doba postupné transformace učitelského odvětví vyžaduje zjednodušování administrativních nároků, proto aby učitel se mohl věnovat hlavně učení a vzdělávání. Táto práce se zabývá automatizováním pracovních činností ve škole za použití digitální platformy Microsoft Power Automate a možností usnadnění běžných pracovních procesů při práci učitele. V této práci se autor zabývá fungováním dnes už používaných principů v komerční sféře Microsoft Power Automate a vyvozuje jak tento digitální nástroj může být užitečným pomocníkem při práci učitele a vůbec v celém školním prostředí.

Abstract:

Today's era of gradual transformation of the education sector requires simplification of administrative requirements so that teachers can focus on teaching and learning. This paper deals with the automation of work activities in school using Microsoft Power Automate digital platform and the possibility of facilitating the normal work processes in the teacher's work. In this thesis, the author discusses the principles of operation of Microsoft Power Automate, a tool already used in the commercial sphere today, and concludes how this digital tool can be a useful tool in the work of the teacher and in the school environment in general.
