Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je Povrchové úpravy nerezových materiálu. Hlavní cíl bakalářské práce bylo seznámit se s druhy ocelí obecně. Následně podrobněji pouze s nerezovou ocelí, jejími druhy a jaké je jejich použití a vlastnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována teorii, kde jsou ze začátku popsány základní pojmy, které k tomuto tématu patří. Dále jsou zde definovány druhy oceli a jejich rozřazení. V další podkapitole je práce zaměřena pouze na nerezové oceli, jejich roztřídění, složení a používání. Konec teoretické části je věnován povrchovým úpravám a drsnosti povrchu. Je zde zařazena podkapitola, která je věnována pouze broušení, protože aplikační část se bude zabývat broušením podrobněji. Jako druhá část bakalářské práce je aplikační část, ve které je představen výzkum brusných vějířů, které se používají na čištění nerezové oceli. Na začátku této části jsou uvedeny základní informace, jako jsou např. firma, ve které byl výzkum uskutečněn, potřebné pomůcky a přístroje, informace o jednotlivých brusných vějířích, které byly zkoumány, dále typy ocelí, na kterých byl výzkum uskutečněn, a v poslední řadě jsou zde uvedeny výsledky, kterých bylo dosaženo.

Abstract:

Topic of bachelor thesis is Surface treatment of stainless steel. The main part is to get acquainted with different type of steel in general. Then will be described stainles steel in more detail and the different types of stainless steel, their uses and characteristic. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the theory where I first describe the basic concepts that belong to this topic. The types of steel and their classification are also defined here. In the next subchapter work is focused only on stainless steels, their classification, composition and use. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to surface treatment and surface roughness. There is a subchapter that is dedicated to grinding, becaouse of my application part which is focused on it. The second part is application part, where is introduced abrasive fans research, which are used for clearing and grinding. At the beginning of this part is introducing of company where was the research made, the tools and instruments which where used and information about abrasive fans and used types of stainless steel on which research was made. At the end are results of the research a their comparing.
