Wooden semi-detached house for permanent living

Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je návrh dvojdomků o různé zastavěné ploše se sedlovou střechou, jedná se o jednopodlažní objekt s možností využití podstřešního prostoru pro bydlení. Z navrhnutých variant je proveden návrh uliční zástavby. Následně je vybrána jedna varianta dvojdomku, která je zpracována detailněji do výkresové dokumentace. Součást práce tvoří dále návrh konstrukčního systému dřevostavby a posouzení obvodového pláště z hlediska součinitele prostupu tepla a výkresová dokumentace.

Abstract:

The following Bachelor's thesis contains multiple designs of semi-detached houses of various acreages. It is always designed as a bungalow type of building with an option of expansion of the living area to the attic. The designs also include saddle roof, and are formed into a draft of a street. Furthermore, one of the designs is reworked in a greater detail using a basic drawing documentation. The thesis also contains a draft of the construction system of wooden house, the assessment of the shell with regards to the heat transfer coefficient, the informative price and the respective documentation including the designs.
