Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce vymezuje formy zápisu do katastru nemovitostí, které připouští platná právní úprava. Cílem práce bylo provést kritickou analýzu platných právních předpisů při provádění záznamu. Při zpracování této problematiky bylo využito i poznatků z praxe kromě platných právních předpisů a literatury.
Abstract:
This thesis defines the form of land registration, which allows current legislation. The aim was to make a critical analysis of existing legislation for endorsement. The processing of the issue being used as practical experience in addition to existing laws and literature
