The importace and methods for determining of dissociation constants of some drugs
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována popisu stanovení disociačních konstant léčiv instrumentálními analytickými metodami. Většina léčiv jsou slabé kyseliny nebo zásady a jejich acidobazické vlastnosti mají vliv na jejich farmakokinetiku a farmakodynamiku. V experimentální části práce byla použita kyselina acetylsalycilová k validaci metody potenciometrické titrace ve vodně-metanolickém prostředí.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with an instrumental analytical methods using to determination of dissociation constants of drugs. Drugs are chemically acids or basis and their acid-base properties affect their pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The acetylsalicylic acid was used in the experimental part of the work to validate the method of potentiometric titration in aqueous-methanolic environment.
