Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat porost jedle bělokoré na malém lesním majetku nacházejícím se ve Zlínském kraji. Za účelem komplexní charakteristiky sledovaného území byly provedeny přímo v terénu pedologický a geobiocenologický průzkum a také byla zpracována analýza klimatologických podmínek. Mateřský porost byl zmapován prostřednictvím měření výčetních tlouštěk. Míru přirozeného zmlazení zdokumentovaly 4 výzkumné plochy. Stávající podmínky daného území sice vyhovují ekologickým nárokům jedle, analýza literárních pramenů a porostu samotného ale ukazují, že současný porost byl vysazen uměle před zhruba sto lety. Přirozené zmlazení jedle pod mateřským porostem je nebývale vysoké. Jako hlavní limitující faktor u jedlového zmlazení však překvapivě nefiguruje okus zvěře, ale souběžné zmlazení habru.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to analyze the growth of silver fir on a small forest estate located in the Zlín region. A pedological and geobiocenological research and climatological conditions analysis was carried out in order to make a complex characteristic of the monitored area. The shelterwood was mapped through diameter at breast height measurements. The rate of natural regeneration was documented by 4 research plots. Although the current conditions of the area meet the ecological requirements of the fir, the analysis of literary sources and the stand itself shows that the current stand was planted artificially about a hundred years ago. The natural regeneration of fir under the mother stand is unprecedentedly high. Surprisingly, the biggest limiting factor for fir regeneration is not animal browsing, but the simultaneous regeneration of hornbeam.
