Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce "Problematika stanovení WACC" je identifikovat současné problémy určení průměrných vážených nákladů kapitálu (WACC). Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá především rešerší současných pramenů, které se věnují výpočtu WACC. Praktická část práce je pak zaměřena na splnění dvou vytyčených cílů. V první řadě na nalezení objektivního modelu určení WACC, kde za využití načerpaných znalostí z teoretického základu práce a samotnou syntézou nalezených přístupů a způsobů řešení zmíněných problémů, dojde ke stanovení objektivizovaného modelu určení WACC. V druhé řadě pak nalezený model verifikujeme určením WACC dvěma vybraným společnostem, konkrétně ČEZ, a. s. a Telefónica Czech Republic, a. s.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis "Problems of determining the WACC" is to identify current problems of determining the average weighted cost of capital (WACC). The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with the review of current sources, which are devoted to the calculation of the WACC. The practical part of the thesis is focused on meeting two goals. Firstly, to find an objective determination of the WACC model, which is put together using the knowledge of the theoretical basis of the work itself and synthesis approaches and ways to deal with these issues, which will determine an objectified model designation WACC. Secondly, we will verify the WACC model applying it onto the two selected companies, namely ČEZ, a. s. and Telefónica Czech Republic, a. s.
