Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Žena a její menstruace" je zaměřena na téma menstruace s důrazem na premenstruační syndrom a jeho vlivu na ženskou psychiku. Teoretická část podrobně analyzuje anatomii ženského reprodukčního systému, menstruační cyklus a jeho fáze, poruchy menstruačního cyklu a období perimenopauzy a menopauzy. Dále se zabývá premenstruačním syndromem, jeho komplikacemi a hormonálními nerovnováhami ovlivňujícími život ženy. Empirická část práce se zabývá otázkou, zda je premenstruační syndrom významný faktor ovlivňující psychiku žen. Provedený průzkum formou kvantitativní metody šetření, potvrzuje významný dopad PMS na psychické zdraví žen. Nejzajímavější fakta z průzkumu jsou diskutována jako klíčové poznatky, které mohou přispět k lepšímu porozumění této problematiky a poskytnout směr pro další výzkum. V závěru je zdůrazněna potřeba odstranění stigma spojeného s těmito tématy a poskytnutí ženám adekvátní podporu a informace. Jako doporučení pro klinickou praxi jsou navrženy osvětové kampaně a informační letáky s cílem zlepšit kvalitu života žen a jejich schopnost účinně zvládat symptomy premenstruačního syndromu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled "Woman and her Menstruation" focuses on the topic of menstruation with an emphasis on premenstrual syndrome and its impact on women's psyche. The theoretical part thoroughly analyzes the anatomy of the female reproductive system, the menstrual cycle and its phases, menstrual cycle disorders, and the perimenopausal and menopausal periods. It also addresses premenstrual syndrome, its complications, and hormonal imbalances affecting women's lives. The empirical part of the thesis examines whether premenstrual syndrome is a significant factor influencing women's psyche. A conducted survey using quantitative research method confirms the significant impact of PMS on women's mental health. The most interesting facts from the survey are discussed as key insights that may contribute to a better understanding of this issue and provide direction for further research. In conclusion, the need to eliminate the stigma associated with these topics and provide women with adequate support and information is emphasized. Educational campaigns and informational leaflets are recommended for clinical practice to improve women's quality of life and their ability to effectively manage premenstrual syndrome symptoms.
