Cieľom bakalárskej práce je priblížiť teoretické aspekty obchodnej spoločnosti a právnu úpravu jednotlivých foriem obchodných spoločností. V oblasti zostavy má Obchodný zákonník viac pohybov v právnej úprave obchodných spoločností ako v časti, ktorá upravuje záväzky.
