Ethical code of employees in public administration and its influence on corporate culture

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Etický kodex zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě a jeho vliv na firemní kulturu". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou rozebírány základní pojmy jako veřejná správa, etika, korupce, firemní kultura, etika ve veřejné správě a také etické kodexy obecně a v rámci veřejné správy.Tyto pojmy jsou velice podstatné pro celkové pochopení tématu práce. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjištění vlivu etického kodexu na firemní kulturu, a to prostřednictvím výzkumu.

Abstract:

The theme of the Bachelor´s thesis is the Ethical code of employees in public adminis-tration and its influence on corporate culture. This thesis is divided into two parts, which are the theoretical part and the practical part. In theoretical part, there are defined the basic terms as public administration, ethics, corruption, corporate culture, ethics in public administration and also ethical codes in general and ethical code of employees in public administration. These terms are very important for understanding the theme as whole. The main aim of the practical part was to prove the influence of the code of ethics on corporate culture through the survey.
