Variance analysis as the management tool
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce „Analýza odchylek jako nástroj řízení“ je analyzovat způsob řízení režijních nákladů prostřednictvím analýzy odchylek v podniku IFE-CR, a.s. V první části práce jsou shromážděny současné teoretické poznatky z problematiky analýzy odchylek. Stěžejní však jsou zejména část druhá, ve které jsou vyvozeny závěry z vlastní analýzy a doporučena možná zdokonalení.
Abstract:
The objective of the thesis “ Variance analysis as the management tool ” is to analyse the process of overhead cost management through variance analysis in the company IFE-CR, a.s. In the first part of the thesis there is collected present theoretical knowledge of variance analysis.
