The ownership rights to immovable property and its acquisition
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje tématu vlastnického práva k nemovitým věcem a jeho nabývání. Je členěna do šesti kapitol, jejichž obsahem je historický přehled vlastnického práva, recentní úprava vlastnického práva, nemovité věci, nabývání vlastnického práva k nemovitostem, kupní smlouva a katastr nemovitostí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic of ownership of immovable property and its acquisition. It is divided into six chapters, the contents of which are the historical overview of the property right, the recent regulation of the property right, the real estate, the acquisition of the ownership right to the real estate, the purchase contract and the cadastre of real estate.
