Bakalářská práce se zabývá expertním posouzením funkčnosti národního sociálního dialogu a činností Rady hospodářské a sociální dohody České republiky. The aim of this thesis is to analyse national social dialog and activities of the Council of Economic and Social Agreement of the Czech Republic. The thesis is based on an analysis of plenary sessions of the Council of Economic and Social Agreement of the Czech Republic, a profound questionnaire survey and a quantitative SWOT analysis.
