Hodnocení kritické velikosti vměstků ve vysokopevných ocelích z hlediska iniciace únavových trhlin

Abstract:
Cílem DP je vypracování postupu hodnocení mikročistoty ocelí se zvýšenou únavou pevností dosaženou snížením množství vměstků metodou: Na základě naměřených hodnot velikostí nekovových vměstků metodou obrazové analýzy bude provedeno hodnocení mikročistoty klasickým postupem a metodami statistik extrémních hodnot. Z nich bude vybrána nejvhodnější metodika a zpracován pracovní postup.
Abstract:
The aim of the DP is to develop a procedure for the evaluation of the micro-cleanness of steels with increased fatigue strength achieved by reducing the number of inclusions by the method: Based on the measured values of the non-metal inclusions sizes by means of the image analysis method, micro-purity evaluation will be carried out using the classic procedure and the methods of extreme value statistics …more
