"The Housing Policy in the Town of Rotava"

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě širších souvislostí najít možné řešení problematiky nakládání s bytovým fondem ve městě Rotava. Jako východisko pro naplnění cíle práce kromě obecné charakteristiky bytové politiky využívá autorka analýzu sociálně-ekonomické charakteristiky města, popis vývoje a struktury bytového fondu města a přehled současného řešení ve vztahu k různým typům bydlení. Na základě tohoto rozboru je zpracována SWOT analýza a návrh opatření ke zlepšení bytové politiky ve městě Rotava. V dlouhodobém horizontu je stanovena základní vize koncepce bytové politiky města a navrženy soubory opatření, pomocí kterých lze realizovat plnění strategických cílů. Na tomto konkrétním příkladu autorka dokládá potřebnost koncepčního dokumentu v oblasti bydlení.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to find a possible solution of the issue regarding the managing the housing fund in the town of Rotava based on wider contexts. As the starting point for the accomplishing the aim of this work the author uses besides the general characteristics of housing policy the analysis of the socio-economic characteristics of the town, the description of the development and the structure of its housing fund and the summary of the contemporary solution with respect to various types of housing. Based on that study, SWOT analysis and the suggestion of arrangements leading to the improvement of housing policy have been made in Rotava. In the long run the basic vision of the conception of housing policy and the sets of measures, by which the fullfilling of strategy aims can be implemented, have been determined. On this particular example the author explains the necessity of a conceptual document in housing.
