Analyses and simulation of processes in IT company
Abstract:
This diploma thesis explains topics of process management and process modelling, describes BPMN 2.0., analyzes topics of process simulation and process optimization. Practical part contains process anlysis of IT company. Found problem is simulated and optimized in Bizagi Modeler.
Abstract:
Práca približuje problematiku procesného riadenia a procesného modelovania, popisuje notáciu BPMN 2.0., rozoberá tématiku simulácií a optimalizácií podnikových procesov. Praktická časť obsahuje analýzu procesov v IT firme. Nájdený problém je simulovaný a optimalizovaný v nástroji Bizagi Modeler.
