The determination of fat in cereals
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stanovení obsahu tuku v jednotlivých druzích obilovin. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiky vybraných druhů obilovin, popis anatomické stavby a chemického složení obilného zrna. V experimentální části je uvedeno stanovení obsahu sušiny a tuku u jednotlivých druhů obilovin.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on determination of fat content in individual kinds of cereals. The theoretical part contains characteristic of selected species of cereals, a description of anatomical and chemical structure of grains. In experimental part the determination dry matter content and fat content in an individual kinds of cereals are presented.
